PP BCF FR Yarn – Rugs

Cable twisted or single twisted yarns are heat-set with Frise mechanism to give Frise yarn which are actually curled up like a spring. The spring effect is actually built into the yarn memory and when the yarn is taken for coating after being woven into rugs, the crimp gets developed in the oven of the coating machine and such curled up yarns give a very good shaggy rug look.

Normal air entangled PP BCF yarn in different single/solid colors are used in different deniers for making area rugs of beautiful designs. Denier could be anywhere from 2200 to 2600 for 43 to 50 shots qualities.
